ChaSamba dance fitness classes are a fun way of keeping fit for any age and ability!

The dances are uniquely choreographed using the style of dancing you see on ‘Strictly’, resulting in an amazing Dance Fitness Workout, no matter what age or fitness level you are. There is no pressure to get all the steps, the classes are just full of Fun!

Taking part in a Chasamba® class is an experience you will enjoy in a way you have never experienced fitness before. Come and see what everyone is talking about… Once you’ve been, you’ll be hooked!

Classes
Chasamba® classes are Partner Free and create an atmosphere that is non-intimidating, friendly, welcoming and will feel more like a fabulous night out, combining Dance, Fitness and FUN!

The classes last from 45 minutes – 1 hour, starting with a Warm Up, followed by easy to follow routines with step by step instruction for dances including Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Jive, Charleston finishing with a Cool Down which incorprates the Rumba, resulting in an amazing Calorie Burning Workout!
